Yes, you can log in to the add-in from several PCs using your account credentials. However, we monitor the number of active sessions per account. If we detect account sharing or suspicious usage patterns, your subscription may be cancelled without refund.
Is there an option for a perpetual license?
Yes, perpetual licenses are available starting from $1,000 per license. This option is only available for bulk orders. Please contact us for more information and pricing details.
I need to get subscriptions for everyone in my company. What are the options?
We offer company-wide licensing solutions! We can provision licenses for a specific email domain (e.g., @@company.com), so everyone in your organization automatically gets access. Please contact us to discuss your company's needs and receive a custom quote.
Can I switch between Monthly and Annual plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or change your subscription at any time through your billing portal. When switching to an annual plan, you'll save 25% compared to monthly billing.
What does "Free Updates" mean?
All updates between versions are always free for active subscribers. Your subscription includes access to all new features and improvements.
Is there a free version for students and faculty?
Yes! Students, professors, and staff at participating universities get free access to the full Function Library through our Academic Program. Simply sign up with your university email address and you'll automatically receive full access.
How do I get the academic license?
Sign up using your university email address (e.g., name@university.edu). Our system automatically recognizes participating institutions and activates your academic license instantly. No approval process or credit card required. See the full list of participating universities.
What is founder's pricing?
We're offering our first 1,000 subscribers a special rate of $20/month instead of our planned regular price of $50/month. This is our way of rewarding early adopters who help us grow and provide feedback.
Will my price increase after you reach 1,000 subscribers?
No! Once you subscribe at founder's pricing, your $20/month rate is locked in for as long as you remain an active subscriber. Only new subscribers after we reach 1,000 users will pay $50/month.
What happens if I cancel and re-subscribe later?
If you cancel and the founder's pricing period has ended, you'll need to subscribe at the regular $50/month price. We recommend keeping your subscription active to maintain your locked-in rate.
Why such a big discount for early adopters?
